Collaborating with Didik & Co, Permata Bank Indonesia held a two-day Design Thinking training via Zoom for all organizational levels. By engaging in group work and presentations, participants developed customer-centric solutions to foster banking innovation and collaboration.
Collaborating with Didik & Co and IPMI, the ASEAN Secretariat held two training batches between September and November 2022 at Aston Bogor Resort for 75 junior staff and senior leadership. By engaging in Design Thinking workshops, participants developed collaborative innovation skills to enhance service excellence and foster organizational growth.
Collaborating with Didik & Co, Bank Danamon Indonesia held a Strategic Thinking program across seven batchesfrom April to November 2022 at Danamon Corporate University and via MS Teams. By engaging in training and collaborative group work, participants across all organizational levels strengthened their strategy formulation and execution capabilities.
Partnering with Didik & Co, Jalin Pembayaran Nusantarahosted a two-day Design Thinking program on March 15–16, 2023, at Harris FX Hotel, Jakarta. Through intensive training and group workshops, 30 participants ranging from Business Unit Heads to Managers successfully enhanced their innovation and collaborative problem-solving capabilities
Working alongside Didik & Co, Bank Danamon Indonesia organized a specialized Train-the-Trainer program during June and August 2023 at Danamon Corporate University. This initiative involved 25 participants from diverse directorates who engaged in training and collaborative group work to master Agile Mindset and Design Thinkingprinciples. The program successfully equipped these internal leaders to champion agility and innovation across the entire organization.
In a successful partnership with Didik & Co, Katadata Indonesia launched a comprehensive Leadership Training program in September 2023 at a venue in Jakarta. This session brought together 25 participants, ranging from Specialists to VPs, to explore the 9 Roles of Leadership, Design Thinking, and Business Model Canvas. Through interactive group work and training, the program effectively strengthened the leadership and innovation capabilities of the organization’s key talent.
Partnering with Didik & Co, Mane Indonesia conducted a specialized Consultative Selling training in December 2023in Jakarta. The program engaged eight participants from the Fragrance Division, including Key Account Managers, through intensive discussions, role-play sessions, and presentations. This targeted approach successfully enhanced their client relationship management and solution-based selling skills to better serve their clientele.
Facilitated by Didik & Co, Sinarmas Sekuritas held an impactful Business Ethics Workshop in January 2024 at a venue in Jakarta. The session gathered 20 participants from various departments within the financial industry to engage in deep workshop activities regarding corporate conduct. By focusing on ethical awareness and professional integrity, the program reinforced the foundational values essential for the organization's long-term success.
Collaborating with Didik & Co, Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara hosted a Commercial Strategic Training in March 2024 at the Hotel Horison Bhuvana Ciawi, Bogor. This initiative involved 42 participants from four different departments who participated in intensive training and group work sessions. The program was designed to sharpen their strategic thinking capabilities, enabling the team to execute more effective commercial objectives.
Partnering with Didik & Co, Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia held the BOOST Sales Team Training in April 2024 in Jakarta. Involving 40 Vaccine Sales Force members and two Regional Sales Managers, the training and group work focused on accelerating sales performance and customer engagement within the biotech industry.
Jointly organized by Didik & Co, Danareksa (Persero) conducted an intensive Design Thinking program in June 2024 in Jakarta. A group of 18 participants from diverse business lines took part in specialized training, group work, and presentations. This collaborative effort was aimed at fostering a culture of innovation and collaborative problem-solving to enhance the company's strategic outcomes across the organization.
Working alongside a diverse group of professionals, Didik & Co hosted a public "Enhancing Business Strategy with AI" workshop in August 2024 via Zoom. The session brought together 24 participants from various industries to engage in an intensive virtual workshop focused on integrating artificial intelligence into corporate planning. This program successfully equipped attendees with the tools to leverage AI for improved strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Facilitated by Didik & Co, Bank Syariah Indonesia conducted a Basic Strategic Formulation program on May 10 & 23, 2025, utilizing a hybrid format via MS Teams and IPMI Business School, Jakarta. Through training and group work, Branch Managers from all areas strengthened their fundamental skills in strategic planning and regional execution.
Facilitated by Didik & Co, Samudera Indonesia conducted a Transformational & Visionary Leadership program for executives on July 14 & 15, 2025, in Jakarta. The session brought together 28 participants from various business units, engaging them in high-level training and group work. The program was designed to sharpen leadership foresight and equip executives with the mindset needed to drive large-scale organizational transformation and visionary growth.
In collaboration with Didik & Co, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) held a Business Model Canvas workshop on April 22 – 23 2026, in Jakarta. The program focused on the essentials of creating, delivering, and capturing value. Through training, group work, and presentations, participants learned to design, test, and pivot business models using practical tools to drive organizational innovation and growth.
In collaboration with Didik & Co, Samudera Indonesia conducted Batch 2 of the Transformational & Visionary Leadership program on April 29 – 30, 2026, in Jakarta. This session engaged executives in high-level training and group work, focusing on sharpening leadership foresight and instilling the mindset required to drive large-scale organizational transformation and visionary growth across various business units.
Mentoring & Coaching
In collaboration with Didik & Co, Samudera Indonesia organized a Leaders Camp in February 2023 at Ole Suites, Bogor. This comprehensive program engaged 30 participants from various business lines through a mix of team building and mentoring. The curriculum was designed to drive growth, covering essential topics such as Situational Leadership, Design Thinking, Customer Segmentation, Market Intelligence, and the strategic use of Data as a Growth Engine.
Working alongside Didik & Co, Tigaraksa Satria hosted the LDP 4 Agile Development program in June 2023 at the Menara Peninsula Hotel. The initiative involved 26 participants from various divisions, utilizing a blended approach of video learning, workshops, and mentoring. The sessions focused on mastering the Design Thinking mindset, building MVPs, Business Model Canvas, SCRUM principles, and project sprint management to accelerate agility across the organization.
In a joint initiative with Didik & Co, MMUI launched the AI-Powered Design Thinking program in February and September 2024 at Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. This program engaged MMUI students through a combination of training, group work, and mentoring. By integrating innovation frameworks with artificial intelligence, the curriculum empowered participants to enhance their problem-solving and creativity in a tech-driven landscape.

Consulting & Advisory
In collaboration with Didik & Co, Bank Danamon Indonesia conducted the Danamon Innovation Race 2022, spanning from August 2022 to January 2023. Held at the Danamon Corporate University and via MS Teams, the six-month program focused on the Top 15 Teams selected from across the bank. Through a rigorous journey of structured training and personalized coaching, participants refined their concepts into viable business models, culminating in a final presentation showcase of innovative solutions designed to drive the bank's future growth.
In partnership with Didik & Co, Bank Danamon Indonesia executed the Danamon Innovation Race 2023 from August to December 2023. Hosted at the Danamon Corporate University and via MS Teams, this intensive program supported the Top 15 Teams through a series of training, coaching, and group work. Over the course of several months, participants utilized structured innovation frameworks to develop high-impact business solutions, which were ultimately presented during a final presentation showcase to senior leadership.
In collaboration with Didik & Co, Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara conducted an eight-month Culture Change Activation Program from August 2024 to March 2025 in Jakarta. The initiative engaged 50 participants from various departments through a series of training, coaching, and presentations. This program was specifically designed to drive mindset shifts and embed cultural transformation across all levels of the organization.
In collaboration with Didik & Co, HM Sampoerna conducted the Inkompass Innovation Challenge Program from October to November 2024 in Jakarta. The initiative empowered 50 selected students to develop creative solutions and entrepreneurial ideas through a rigorous series of training, coaching, and mentoring activities. By combining structured learning with a competitive framework, the program culminated in a final presentation where participants demonstrated their capacity for high-impact business innovation.
Inkompass Innovation Challenge Program
In collaboration with Didik.co, PT HM Sampoerna hosted the “InKompass Innovation Challenge” Bootcamp 2025from November 23 – 26, 2025, in Jakarta. This initiative served as an intensive marketing competition bootcamp centered on driving innovation for SRC. Throughout the program, participants engaged in strategic challenges to develop creative business solutions, with top performers earning prestigious rewards, including internship contracts, career opportunities, cash prizes, and vacation vouchers.

IDXTION 5.0
In collaboration with Didik & Co, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) conducted the “IDXTION 5.0” program to foster innovation, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving. Spanning Bogor, Jakarta, and Bandung, the initiative featured a comprehensive journey including Innovation Workshops, Bootcamps, Sandboxing, and Final Presentations to the Board of Directors. Focused on Operational Excellence and Business Strategy, the program guided participants in transforming creative ideas into validated, actionable business strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
